We aim to follow in the footsteps of other international furry conventions by delivering a similar experience.
The primary reason is to pattern ourselves to international furry convention standards. Secondary is cost SMX in particular is prohibitively expensive at this stage. Choosing such a venue would require significantly increasing ticket prices, which we want to avoid.
Due to the increase demand of Barkada FurFest 2026 we will most likely not be able to sell 1 day tickets or onsite tickets.
We are currently coordinating with our partners for official food vendor announcements. That said, the hotel offers both a café and a buffet on-site, there are nearby malls offering additional dining options and food delivery services such as Grab and Food Panda available.
This year’s PVC badge will serve as your scannable entry pass. It identifies your ticket tier and whether you're a registered Boother/Dealer/Seller/Merchant in the Dealers Den.
During registration, we’ll use our in-house technology to ensure a smoother, more efficient check-in process. A detailed guide on badge usage and procedures will be released later.
For this year, we have secured three main rooms within this year's hotel premises for the convention:
Mahogany A: 409 sqm
Mahogany B: 205.69 sqm
Grand Mahogany (A + B): 614.69 sqm
Aspen (Dealers Den): 214.18 sqm
Rosewood (Fursuit Lounge): 76.61 sqm
Hazel (Events Room): 45.52 sqm
Please note that Grand Mahogany can be divided with a movable partition to accommodate multiple events.

Yes the Grand Sponsor ticket already comes with a hotel room! specifically the Deluxe Queen Room, which can host for up to 4 people with no extra charge! the check in would be at September 4 2026 (Friday) at 3 PM and check out would be September 7 2026 (Monday) at 12 PM!
the current prices highlighted on the website are the early bird prices! the slashed prices would be the original prices after the early bird promotion ends.
Yes it can be bought as an extra table for more boothing space or as a table by itself and entering the convention (Including dealers den) with a regular convention pass such as a standard ticket.
